NEW FOR THE 2016 SEASON, you will have the OPTION to go 100% digital (paperless) with your season tickets!

In recent seasons, digital ticketing has enhanced the efficiency and convenience of the season ticket experience. Services like My SF Tix, your online ticket management account, and the MLB.com Ballpark App allow you to manage and use your tickets digitally from your smartphone, computer or tablet.

Additional digital capabilities include:

Entering AT&T Park using your smart phone via the Ballpark App

Printing or reprinting your tickets through your My SF Tix account

Selling your tickets on StubHub through your My SF Tix account

Consigning your last minute unused game tickets back to the Giants

Emailing your tickets to another party

How to sign up to go 100% Digital (paperless):

Starting with the 2016 season, Giants Season Ticket Members will now have the option to go 100% digital with your season tickets (paperless).

When purchasing your 2016 season tickets through your My SF Tix account, don’t forget to visit the "Special Offers" tab to sign up for this offer.

To learn more about My SF Tix and MLB.com Ballpark App and how they can improve your overall Season Ticket Member experience, please click on the respective tabs above or contact your Retention Manager.

*Only accounts that sign up to go 100% digital (paperless), will have access to sell and email tickets in advance of printed accounts. Accounts that do not sign up for this feature will have access in early 2016.

1. When is the deadline to submit my payment?

The final deadline to submit your payment, either in full or by enrolling in an automated payment plan, is Wednesday, December 2nd, 2015.

2. Where do I go to submit my payment online?

The most secure and efficient way to renew your seats is to submit your payment online. Simply log into your My SF Tix Account. You may log into your My SF Tix Account by clicking here. Once you log in, you will see your renewal package available to view. Please be sure to log in using your Season Ticket Account Number.

3. What if I don't know my account password?

If you cannot remember your My SF Tix password, please click on the "Reset Password" button under the login section of the page. You will be asked to enter your Season Ticket Account Number as well as the exact email address on your Giants account.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have NOT logged into your My SF Tix account in the past 18 months, please contact your Client Retention and Services Manager directly for a temporary password in order to re-activate your online account.

4. Is there a difference between choosing a payment plan and paying in full?

Our automated payment plans are interest-free and once you enroll, your designated credit card is processed automatically with no additional work on your part.

5. Can I use multiple credit cards to submit my payment?

YES, you can! With the new and improved My SF Tix site, you are able to use multiple credit cards (up to 5) for either full payments or for automated installments. When you click on the "To Do List" button on the top of your My SF Tix site, you will see your available ticket packages. Once you select the packages and click on the Renew button, you will be taken to the Payment page. You can manage each individual installment by clicking on the "Split Payment" link and designate the credit card and exact amount you want to have attempted on it.

6. How are account credits applied to my total balance?

Account credits, such as Postseason and StubHub sales will be automatically applied to your renewal order at check-out. Your credits will be applied to the entire amount due and the remaining balance will be split over the number of installments.

7. What if I have multiple orders of seats or a season parking pass?

If you have multiple seat orders to renew, such as seats in different locations or a separate season parking pass, you will have the ability to renew them all at the same time. Any orders pending renewal will be available for you to view by clicking on the "To Do List" button on the top of your My SF Tix site. Simply check the boxes next to each order and hit the "Renew" button at the bottom of the section to select the payment details for all of your orders.

8. Can I change my credit card on an installment plan?

If you need to change/update the credit card on your automated installment plan, please contact your Client Retention and Services Manager directly. Your Retention Manager will be able to update the expiration date or change the installment to a different credit card altogether.

9. When will I receive my 2016 Season Tickets?

Season Tickets paid by the December 2nd deadline are scheduled to start shipping directly from our MLB-authorized printer in mid-February, 2016. Tickets will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air service (signature required for delivery), except for P.O. Box destinations, which will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information once the tickets are en route to you.

For those going 100% digital (paperless), look for your electronic tickets to be uploaded into your My SF Tix Account by December 3rd, 2015.

10. How do I upgrade my seat location?

With the most Season Ticket Members in Giants history, upgrades for the 2016 season will be extremely limited due to lack of available seats. In the unlikely event that any seat inventory becomes available, your Retention Manager will reach out to you based on your season ticket longevity with the Giants.

11. Do I receive the Splash Tix concession value again for 2016?

The per ticket concession value will be included in 2016 season tickets in the following seating locations: View Reserved Infield, View Box infield, View Box Outfield and/or the Arcade.

My SF Tix

As a Giants Season Ticket Member, you are able to manage your season tickets by simply logging into your "My SF Tix" Account. Once your tickets are loaded onto your account, you can start to use online services like selling on StubHub, Ticket Forwarding, Ticket Consignment, and Ticket Donation. We strongly urge you to become familiar with My SF Tix as it allows account access and control year-round at any time of day!

Ticket Consignment

Ticket Consignment allows you to consign tickets that you cannot use back to the Giants via your My SF Tix account. If the Giants are able resell your seats at the Box Office, Dugout Stores or on sfgiants.com, you will then receive a portion of your original ticket price as a credit on your season ticket account. This service is just another great option for unused game tickets.

Stubhub

StubHub is the official fan-to-fan ticket marketplace of sfgiants.com. StubHub allows you to post any games you cannot attend for sale on their very popular resale site

Ticket Forward

Having the ability to forward tickets electronically via My SF Tix means there's no need to deliver tickets in person, by mail or leave them at Will Call. Send tickets to friends digitally and meet your party inside AT&T Park. Change of plans? Recall your previously-relayed tickets and you are in control of them once again!

Donate Your Tickets

You can instantly donate your tickets to disadvantaged persons in the Bay Area with a few clicks of your mouse. All ticket donations go to CATS (Community Access Ticket Services), an organization that assists the Giants in distributing donated tickets to numerous non-profit social service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Donations must be made at least one business day before the game.

To use any of these services, enter your season ticket account number and designated password. Once in your account, make sure you are in the "My Giants Ticket Inventory" by looking for that tab. From there, select any of the services under the "Ticket Action" drop-down menu. Then select the game date and tickets you wish to designate for any of these services.

As a Giants Season Ticket Member, the MLB.com Ballpark app is your mobile companion when visiting AT&T Park. The official MLB.com Ballpark app perfectly complements and personalizes your trip to AT&T Park with access to your digital tickets, mobile check-in, social media, offers, rewards and exclusive content.

Accessing your digital tickets on the MLB.com Ballpark app has never been easier. You can:
